A growing construction business with bigger ambitions
Hamza Group has practical residential and commercial building capability today, and is expanding its design and development capability. Based in Manchester, it works across the North West.
Who we are
Hamza Group carries out residential and commercial construction and finishing: refurbishment, extensions, loft conversions, conservatories, interior construction and finishing.
We are building on that practical base with architectural, technical and project capability, so that we can take on more complete projects and see them through from the first idea to the finished building.
Growing
Taking on larger and more complete projects, one step at a time.
Experienced
Grounded in hands-on knowledge of how buildings are put together, from first fix to final finish.
Ambitious
Aiming to deliver design, construction and development as one integrated service.

Design intelligently. Build properly. Deliver professionally.
Design intelligently
We think about buildability and cost while a design is still on paper. Early design coordination prevents problems on site.
Build properly
Quality comes from preparation and the right sequence of work. Site management and health and safety are part of the job, not an afterthought.
Deliver professionally
Clear communication, a realistic programme and clear accountability from the first conversation to handover.
Leadership and team
Profiles of the people who lead design and construction at Hamza Group will be published here.
Each profile will cover their role and background, and any professional memberships they hold.
Direction and ambition
Hamza Group aims to grow from construction and refurbishment into an integrated construction, design and development company, able to take on progressively more complex projects.
That is a direction, not a claim about work already completed. We expect to earn each step by delivering the one before it well.
