- The consultation is free. There is no charge for it.
- It is offered for projects in Manchester and the North West. If your project is elsewhere, email us and we will tell you whether we can help.
- It is not a quotation, a design service, a survey or a contract. It does not create a contract.
- Design work, drawings, surveys, planning applications and building work are separate from the consultation.
- General information about planning and Building Regulations is guidance only. Decisions rest with your local authority, and we cannot promise the outcome of a planning application.
- We may change or withdraw this offer in future.
