About these terms and Hamza Group

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated under the Hamza Group name. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You can contact us at info@hamzagroup.co.uk.

Hamza Group is a trading identity used by a group of independent construction and property professionals operating in the United Kingdom. Work may currently be undertaken by individual sole traders or other appropriately appointed contractors, depending on the project.

The business is in the process of establishing its formal UK corporate structure. Where you enter into a contract for construction, design or other services, the identity of the person or business responsible for providing those services will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal or contract.

The person responsible for operating this website is Mr Mohamed Hamza. That does not mean he is the party to any contract for building or design work: the person or business responsible for that work is named in the quotation, proposal or contract.

Being described as working under the Hamza Group name does not by itself make anyone an employee or a party to a contract with you. The website is a trading and marketing identity, not a statement that one company provides every service.

What this website is for

The website gives general information about the construction, design and development services Hamza Group offers and lets you send us an enquiry. It does not offer building work, prices or contracts online.

From enquiry to contract

There are four separate stages, and each is different:

• Using the website. Browsing this website and reading about our services does not create any agreement.
• Sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation. Sending the form tells us what you are looking for. It does not create a contract for construction, design or any other service, and it does not oblige you or us to do anything.
• Receiving a quotation or proposal. If we can help, we will send you a quotation or proposal in writing. It will set out the work, the price and the terms, and it will state who is responsible for providing the services. It is not a contract until it has been agreed in the way it says.
• Entering into a contract. A contract for services exists only when you and the person or business named in the quotation, proposal or contract have agreed it. That named person or business, and not this website, is responsible for the work and for the terms that apply to it.

Building work does not start until a contract has been agreed in writing.

Information on the site

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not advice for your particular project. Descriptions of services are not a promise that a service is available in your area or for your project. Imagery on the website is there to represent our services, as explained in the note at the foot of every page.

Using the website properly

Please use the website lawfully and sensibly. You must not:

• send false, misleading or abusive information, or enquiries on behalf of someone else without their knowledge;
• use automated tools to submit the form, scrape the site or overload it;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how it works;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material.

We may block access or refuse an enquiry if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Our content

The text, design, logos and images on this website are used under the Hamza Group name by its owners or with permission. You may view the site and print or share individual pages for your own personal use, or to discuss a project with us, but you may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Links to other websites

If this website refers you to other organisations or websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle personal information.

Availability

We try to keep the website available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Our responsibility to you

These terms govern use of the website only. They do not limit or exclude anything in a quotation, proposal or contract for services, which stands on its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by relying on the general information on this website instead of obtaining advice and a written quotation for your project.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, dated 5 October 2026, is the one that applies when you use the website. These terms and any dispute about the website are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
