Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, ability or assistive technology they use.

Last updated 5 October 2026

Our standard

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement applies to hamzagroup.co.uk.

What we have done

  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks, descriptive links and semantic HTML, and work with a keyboard alone, including the navigation menus and the quote form.
  • Focus is always visible, and interactive controls are large enough to use comfortably on touch screens.
  • Text and controls are checked against the WCAG AA colour contrast requirements.
  • Form fields have visible labels, instructions and clear error messages that are linked to the field they describe.
  • Photographs that carry meaning have text descriptions, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • The layout adapts from small phones to large screens and works when text is enlarged, and animation is reduced or removed if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • The site does not rely on cookies, pop-ups, time limits or autoplaying media.

How we check

We test the website with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) at a range of screen widths, and with keyboard-only navigation, as part of building and updating it. These checks are useful but do not find every problem.

Known limitations

The website has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and we have not tested it with every combination of browser and assistive technology. Some content may therefore not yet meet every part of WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us.

Getting help or reporting a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or you need information in a different format, email info@hamzagroup.co.uk and tell us the page, the problem and the technology you use if you can. We will look into it and reply as soon as we can. You can always send us your enquiry by email instead of using the form.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com), which gives free advice on equality and human rights issues in the UK.
